Though they are not the masters of industry that the Dwarfs and Gnomes of Silverheim are, the forgemasters of Gramnal produce some of the finest hand crafted equipment money can buy, and so so with astonishing efficiency of both labor and materials.

Benefit: You can make your own equipment, and do so at significantly reduced cost. You can create non-magical items at half the cost listed for the item.

New Silverheim Settler
While New Silverheim was settled more than two hundred years ago, that’s hardly any time at all in comparison to other great nations. Living there is demanding, and it takes a skilled hand to forge a life out of such rugged territory.
Requirement: None
Benefit: Choose Nature, Endurance, Heal, or Perception. You gain a +3 bonus with the chosen skill.
